Meet Jen

Mindfulness and meditation were integrated into my life at a young age. At that time, those elements were only concepts to me. Now, they are a way of life. I always preached to ‘live in the moment’ without fully understanding what that meant. Throughout my studies in Psychology and Buddhism, as well as my practice in meditation, I have learned how to develop a greater sense of self-trust, openness, compassion, as well as a healthy relationship with myself and others. Most of all, I have come to learn what living in the present moment truly feels like. It is my passion to help you do just the same.
